Go outside and stare up at the clouds while saying this incantation:

"Ancient Gods and Goddesses
I invoke thee.
Waters from the sky,
Let it be"
"I command thee now,
to thee all.
Listen to my desire,
Rain fall!"

Make sure you imagine rain falling from the clouds when you say this spell. (Ive done this spell twice and it worked both times for me.) Rain won't fall immediately after you say the spell. It will take from minutes to a couple of days before it works.(The first time i did it, it happened a few minutes after I did it. The second time, it took two days and a hurricane came. Both times they came mysteriously and the weather man didn't see both of them coming.)
